Baking project: Easy yummy pastries

Made some pastries over the weekend at night as supper … it was really simple and quick actually as i had the ready made supermarket-bought puff pastry and some sausages in the fridge.

Roll the puff pastry using a wooden roller. You can keep it thick or thin, according to your preference.

Put the sausages or whatever ingredients you want. I made one for my mom which had some grounded black pepper as she requested for it. You can even put mayonnaise or pasta sauce on the pastry before the main ingredients.

Shape or roll the puff pastry however you want it. You can eggwash the pastry to give it a golden sheen, else you can just leave it as it is as the pastry will still turn golden once properly baked.

Bake in a preheated oven of about 200 celcius for about 20-25 mins, until the pastry turns golden brown.

Here’s a pic of the pastries being baked. Sorry no pictures of the baked pastries, but you can see from here how delicious it is .. hahaha .. made 6 pieces and my son swiped clean 2 pieces.
