Threatened by possible scammers.

Few months ago, I received an email from a friend informing me that someone was looking for me. This someone represented his boss who was the owner of the company called Exw*ll Electrical, which i wrote about quite some time ago. The post written was purely about my experience with the company and to which i believe was a scam attempt to buy their products which are highly priced. In addition, they had also lied to me about them being a Bonuslink merchant, which i then found out from Bonuslink itself that this company was not their merchant. A few people also left comments in my post about this scheming company and one lady even wrote about her experience of being scammed.
Anyway, this person had asked for me to retract the post. I am not easily intimidated and i was purely writing about my experience and was not in any way writing a defaming post. This person then threatened my friend about sending a lawsuit and said that they would not proceed further if i removed the post. Anyway, in order not to bring trouble to my friend, i reluctantly removed the post. Later he contacted my friend again and asked for my contact number. My friend doesnt have my contact number as i have moved away from Kuching. Obviously this person does not have any integrity in keeping to his words.
Words of advice - Dont scam people so openly and expect that people wont write about it or report to the police.
To all of you out there, please beware of people who offer you free things for nothing or even offer to give you free RM3k worth of items if you buy RM1k products, or those scratch and win schemes. They would say that if you can find their products in the market selling for cheaper, they would refund you or whatever but the thing is - their products brands cannot be find elsewhere because its their own brand, if you get what i mean.

Very funny hoh?
