Holy cowabunga, its the freaking new year already and i’ve yet to update even a short post. I’ve several food reviews tagging behind my butt and i cant shake it off as i must write those darn posts, if only i can drag myself to download the pics from my cam to my notebook, resize those pics and write a post about it.

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2008 Everyone ! I seriously don’t have a resolution at all. I want to to to say that i want to slim down but i say that every year … LoL .. believe me and ask Teh-C (in case you’re new, Teh-C is my hubby), i tell him that all the time. rofl rofl. And i want to earn lots and lots of money. Bah humbug, my blogging income has come to a halt because i dont blog and write iklan and stuff.

Anyway, resolutions aside … i attended my very first AMBP Gathering : Coffee Therapy for Bloggers today. Thanks to Irene for the info. If you dont know what AMBP is …… here’s some info from their site,

Suppose to meet Irene and Jimmy there at 10am, but they had transportation problem and i dragged myself and courageously went there on my own, not knowing anyone else. The gathering was held at Starbucks, The Gardens. Reached there at 10am and registered myself online that is because i wasnt a member yet. Hihihi ! Then got my sticker tag and well well i saw a blogger friend (whom i met in Kuching last time who actually flew in from KL to see his friend and attend the Advertlets Catscity Clique event) there, none other than Mr Daniel Cerventus, a smart entrepreneur and 3rd generation chef hehehe.

The event was good because i got to meet many other bloggers, make some new friends and because i got lucky in the lucky draw + i got several movie tickets .. and i dont like several tickets for the same movie but tickets to like 3 movies, baby ! @_@

Hey James, Bernsy, David Lian, Albert, Samantha (the loofah chick), AnakDatuk, Yvonne Foong, Fiona, and several other bloggers which i met, nice meeting you all.

I will go into more details about this event when i get the pictures from several sources. My battery was already low last nite and i forgot to buy a new pair before i went to the event and when i reached there, i was plain lazy to go search for batteries. Probably because i was busy sipping my drink from Starbucks. Heh !

But anyway, thanks to the organizers (Michael, Sashi, Andy and 2 other pretty girls - hey i’m bad with names ok !) for organizing this event and for the cool door gifts and prizes. I got a book about Malaysia, a name card holder (i think !), a mousepad, free cupcake vouchers and movie tickets. Haha i love it !  Next event pleaseeeee !

I’m suppose to think of suggestions for future events. Hmm, photography techniques using normal digital cameras (not dlsr ahhh cos i dont have one) is one event i would love to attend because i’m not so good at photography. I just usually use the preset functions available and the Speed setting i like the best because it comes handy when taking pictures of moving objects .. but still i believe i can do more than just using the preset functions. And how about some Get-together makan session. Should organize a makan session at a very good eating outlet (aircond plsss haha). I suppose if they charge us for it also ok but since its a group thing, i guess the organizers can get really good prices (give more freebies hehehe) .. you know just like what Klue is doing. Yummmmm food i like. Hey Andy, are you reading this ?
