I dont think that i have any friends that have performed any rhinoplasty or corrective nose surgical procedure before, though even if they did, i doubt that they will let everyone know that right. But for celebrities, i guess it’s kinda common and even if you didnt expose it, the media and general public can pretty much guess it. I mean how do you go from flat or big nose to nice sharp ones. Massage it ? No way hose !
