I’ve been sick for days now. Its the common cough and flu that has been going around. Humbug, the weather is a pretty bad and an influencing factor for respiratory illnesses. You get very hot weather on one day and a rainy cold one on another. My voice has not fully recovered yet so I have a sexy grouchy voice right now.If you’re an adult and you have cough or cold, please make sure that you cover your nose and mouth with a hanky or tissue when you cough or sneeze. Also, do wash your hands with soap at all times, especially when you have just coughed or sneezed onto them, or touched something. Imagine this …. you want to use a pen but earlier on, your friend who had been sneezing and coughing on his hands had used it. How ‘lasap’ (means dirty in hokkien) that is. Eeew !

Like i mentioned in one of my earlier posts, I’ve been sort of a bit of a health freak after I had my baby boy. I get very nervous about germs on my hands. After i do anything, I will wash my hands with soap. Its necessary because I wouldn’t want my baby to get sick because of me.
