I, being the one with entrepreneurial skills, have always wanted to open up my own business. I have tons of ideas as to what kind of business i want to set up. Unfortunately, i have not been able to do so until today. One main reason being the start-up capital. I know, i know, i could always ask for a business loan. But i am afraid .. what if the business fails? I’ll end up with nothing and still have to pay for the loan. I shouldn’t think so much of the business failing but instead planning on how to make it better and in the future, taking it one step further towards massive expansion.

If i do own a business, it should be properly planned. Say its a cafe, both the food and customer service should be superb. But the Kuching market is very weird. Places serving shitty not so good but yet expensive food always have lots of customers ‘pong chan’ (eating at the place). Take for example the laksa at Bormill Food Centre @ Bormill Estate .. the one in the same row with Cosway. OMG, i went there once and it was freaking expensive. RM4 per bowl and the serving size was just damn small. For those out of Kuching, you should know that normal sarawak laksa here costs between RM3 to RM3.50. But yet, people never fail to go there. Stupid . I dont like it and its MHO (my honest opinion). Dont think its worth it. And by the way, the coffeeshop is very cramped, even when you’re sitting outside at the five foot path.

Anyway, whatever business i open up, i must be able to accept credit cards. Its a very convenient facility/ service that should be offered for customers to use. Moreover, credit card customers nowadays get to collect points on their purchases through credit cards.

I hope that it will be soon before i open up a business and make lots of money
