So many things happening lately …. work, laziness (lol ^_^), health and everything. Been wanting to update but I wasnt able to or did not have enough will power to do so.

I would love to be able to update regularly and keep you my loyal fans happy and garner new & higher readership levels.

## This is a long overdue part II. I was reminded by a fellow fren and blogger, Miss Panda. ##

All of the sudden, i heard a loud breaking sound. Apparently Teh-C broke the balcony’s sliding door with his hand and managed to open the door, took the keys and came out from the front door. We then rushed to the hospital. I was teary eyed and Teh-C stepped on the gas all the way. We were both talking to Da Boss all the time .. (somehow thinking that we should keep him awake .. neh, like in the movies lolz) and calling him and asking for a response.

Reached the nearest hospital, Assunta, and straight to the emergency room. Da Boss was faintish looking and mumbly jumbly. The nurses attended to him and later a medical officer. Check this check that ! I went to do the registration. Luckily we were covered by insurance. Da Boss appears to be of a clearer state by now and was crying with feeling of unease as he lies on the bed in the ER. Teh-C and I felt helpless. Then off i went again to finalise the registration stuff and by the time i came back, the nurse was wiping his lower body. Teh-C said our son apparently just poo-ed. Then we were asked to leave and the curtain was pulled. So what, i peeked anyway. The nurses and MO was trying to get some blood sample. They poked and drew blood from his left hand. I dare not look and closed the curtain behind me.

When i looked again, they had moved to Da Boss’ right side. But i saw one of the nurse tripped and blood was spilled. She was apologetic but i was a bit furious, expressing my sarcastic anger to Teh-C .. how stupid can the nurse be? So they had to draw another round of blood. They then stuck a tube into his right arm. It then struck me that they changed from his left to his right because i had earlier told the nurses that he sucks his left thumb, so it was a smart move not to ‘obstruct’ his left hand.

Later i was told to sit on the wheelchair and carry Da Boss on my lap to the ward. Haha, me in a wheelie and pushed by the medical attendant. We were placed in a four-bedded room because they had no single room, which i strongly prefer.

Anyway, to cut it short. My son was in the hospital for about 5 days. Not a very interesting experience. His fever kept coming back throughout the stay and even after we checked out of the hospital. We wanted to bring him back home although he did not fully recovered because Teh-C felt that staying at home was better. It was a big challenge as we had to administer the medicine to him which wasnt easy when he wailed and cried and at times kicked like a strong baby kangaroo.

All is well now and i hope that this febrile convulsion will never happen again. He’s just recovered from a long 3-weeks cough and cold. Now its Teh-C and my turn with cough and congested lungs but we’re taking medicine and recovering.

Its true and its the inevitable. Prices of petrol here in Malaysia will increase at the strike of midnite today.  Here’s the news

“Malaysia’s petrol price will rise 40% to RM2.70 ($0.84 dollars) a litre from Thursday as controls are removed under a revamped subsidy system, the prime minister said.

“Effective from tomorrow, 5 June 2008, the price of petrol will be raised by RM0.78 and the price of diesel will be raised by RM1,” Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi told a press conference.

“The new price of petrol will be RM2.70 while the new price of diesel will be RM2.50,” he said. Petrol currently costs 1.92 ringgit (0.60 dollars) at the pump, among the cheapest in Asia.”

The idiot*c Malaysian government go on and on about how our petrol prices are the cheapest in Asia, but they should clearly understand that we produce our own petrol unlike some Asian countries which has no such capacity.

Tell me what is next. When August 2008 comes, the price of petrol may even touch RM3 to RM4.  Just a few days ago i read in the news about Najib squashing rumours that petrol will increase and what do you know, when the price increases .. it gets increased almost immediately !!!!

And you know what i think, i think the BN Government knows that they will lose the majority in the next elections, so now korek korek korek duit la, apalagi !

Imagine this, you’ve had a reasonably bad experience for the past week. The recent weekend was short as usual and its back to work today, a Monday. It was casual as usual and you’re dreading the working day and traffic jam, then BANG ! You hit the blardy car in front of you at the junction. A car which is 3 times more expensive than yours.

How soi (unlucky in hokkien) is that ?

The driver also one kind. When we were trailing behind him, he was already driving quite slow. Then at the junction, he blardy stopped (cause perhaps he thinks he drives a big ass car) even though the side of our road was clear. Teh-C didnt see it coming also. But here, in short, if you bump the fella’s a*s, you pay for it

We’re waiting for the driver to call us and tell us how much it costs after the repair works are done. I sure hope it doesnt costs more than a couple hundred. There was a deep scratch. Harap we dont get conned la. You know how some ppl can jack up the repair charges one. I know its our fault, but you think we actually asked for it meh !

I’m so frustrated after the hell i went through the past week. Money keluar keluar keluar only.
